Description:

We are looking for a Personal Secretary (Female) based in Dubai.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to the office and assist in the management of day-to-day affairs of the office and carrying out the job assignments efficiently.
  • Organize files and prepare documents, schedule appointments and assist with other administrative tasks as part of the role.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, managing email, or forwarding calls.
  • Maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Greets and welcomes customers, clients, and other visitors.
  • Documents are copied, filed, and maintained electronically on our system.

SKILLS:

  • Proven working experience (2 years minimum).
  • Positive attitude, time management, organizational, problem solver, sincere and passion towards delivering the perfect job.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with people, even in stressful situations.
  • Must be computer literate (Email, Browsing, MS Office).
  • Organizational skills – can take messages, schedule appointments.
