Operations Coordinator hospitality/catering background those candidates available in UAE can apply

• Prepare Daily/weekly Kitchen Material Requisitions
• Plan menus and food utilization based on the anticipated number of man-days, and nationalities. Palatability, popularity, and costs.
• prepare Daily/Monthly Mandays report
• Need to prepare Daily/Monthly wastage reports
• Need to prepare Cash sale Daily/monthly report
• Need to prepare daily bread requisition
• Prepare the Kitchen Cost file
• Assist the Culinary Team with Food Cost Reporting
• To Prepare the Total Operations Cost file, and cost comparison
• Keep records required by government agencies regarding sanitation, and food traceability.
• Monitor Cash Sales and coordinate with diner supervisors.
• Plan & introduce daily / weekly / monthly offers to generate revenue.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation on various subjects as assigned
• Coordinate and prepare Recipes with kitchen Chefs.
• Monitor Food Safety
• Prepare and monitor Check list required for site Audits including kitchen, Diners, Stores etc.
• Manage, organize and schedule Managers’ meetings and appointments
• At least three years of Catering experience, Sound knowledge of food & beverage products.
• Good knowledge of Oracle/SAP Microsoft Office and Micros
• Coordinate with other Departments Such as (QHSE, Procurement, Maintenance, Finance Etc.)
