Job Responsibilities:

• Manage assistant operations managers, team leaders, and departments.
• Oversee 100+ associates in customer support operations.
• Drive performance, productivity, and quality improvements.
• Ensure adherence to SLA targets and handle client communications.
• Develop training programs to bridge productivity and quality gaps.
• Motivate teams, manage attrition, and foster a high-performance work environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in the BPO sector, with 2+ years in team management.
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts & week-offs.
• Age: Below 36 years | Immediate Joiners Preferred.
• Candidates must have a passport/applied for one & be double vaccinated.
