Azizi Developments is urgently seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Personal / Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to its senior management team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced executive support professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
The successful candidate will coordinate executive schedules, manage communications, arrange business travel, and support daily administrative operations. The position offers an attractive benefits package and an opportunity to work in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and correspondence.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, visa processing, and detailed itineraries.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Liaise with senior management, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential reports, documents, and sensitive business information.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to top management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
• Native Tagalog speaker with excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Flexible to work outside regular business hours when required.
