Description:

WellSky is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Coordinator to support its coding operations team, healthcare coders, and clients. This role is responsible for helping maintain smooth workflow processes, ensuring client records are processed according to contractual requirements, and providing timely updates to clients when needed.

The successful candidate will assist with administrative coordination, reporting, database updates, and communication between internal teams and clients. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are organized, comfortable working with healthcare information, and interested in contributing to improved healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to coding teams, coders, and clients.

• Communicate with clients and assist with record-related updates and requests.

• Prepare and distribute client-requested reports.

• Coordinate with scheduling teams to support timely completion of client records.

• Monitor agency workload changes and coder availability.

• Update departmental reports, databases, and tracking systems accurately.

• Maintain organized documentation and support daily operational activities.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office applications and data management.

• Administrative coordination and reporting processes.

• Healthcare EMR systems is preferred.

• Ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours when required.

• Ability to follow security policies and procedures to protect company and client information.

• Must complete annual HIPAA and compliance training.

• Ability to work for extended periods while viewing a computer screen.
