Description:

A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory operations, stock control, documentation, and warehouse activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, proper inventory management, and smooth coordination with internal departments and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining stock documentation, monitoring inventory levels, and supporting operational teams with timely stock availability. Candidates with healthcare or medical product storage experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities, batch numbers, expiry dates, and product conditions against approved LPOs and supplier invoices.

• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and share documentation with Purchase and Accounts departments.

• Arrange and store items using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) methods where applicable.

• Record purchase invoices and stock movements accurately in the inventory management system.

• Prepare stock transfers to sub-stores, clinics, and other locations with proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of inter-company stock transfers between issuing and receiving locations.

• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and report shortages, damaged items, or near-expiry products.

• Issue materials only against approved requisitions and maintain proper Goods Issued Notes (GIN).

• Coordinate with suppliers, stores, and clinic teams for pending invoices and required documents.

• Conduct regular physical stock checks and verify expiry dates.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, labeling, organization, and easy product retrieval.

• Support clinic and ward teams with urgent stock requirements.

• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines for medical products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proven experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or warehouse operations.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Basic computer knowledge with accurate data entry abilities.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.

• Good communication skills.

• English and Hindi language proficiency required.

Strong knowledge of:

    • Inventory control and stock management procedures.

    • Warehouse documentation and reporting.

    • FIFO and FEFO stock rotation methods.
