Hiring Mechanical Engineer – Quality Control (QC)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, systems, and maintenance, with the ability to manage projects and ensure high-quality standards in all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and verify mechanical components, assemblies, and systems to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections during vehicle manufacturing and armouring stages.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to confirm conformance and accuracy.
• Identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions with relevant departments.
• Monitor and document inspection results, quality reports, and non-conformance records.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, internal quality procedures, and customer requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and assist in quality audits.
• Train and support production staff in quality control procedures and product requirements.
• Maintain calibration records and ensure proper functioning of quality tools and inspection equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in mechanical engineering or a similar role in the automobile industry.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) and engineering analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
