Description:
A leading Dubai-based contracting company is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join its growing project team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid UAE construction experience and a proven track record of working on high-rise building projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical site execution, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring all electrical works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. Candidates with hands-on experience in 20+ floor high-rise developments are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage electrical site activities on high-rise construction projects.
• Ensure electrical installations are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Monitor installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and site coordination requirements.
• Prepare site reports and resolve technical issues during project execution.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Electrical Site Engineer.
• Mandatory experience working on high-rise building projects of 20 or more floors.
• UAE construction experience is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in electrical site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and other MEP disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Electrical installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
• High-rise building construction and electrical systems.
• Site coordination, quality assurance, and health & safety standards.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE are preferred.
