Description:
Makani Travel & Tourism L.L.C. is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join its office-based team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping clients plan memorable travel experiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will assist customers with travel planning, reservations, and itinerary preparation while providing expert guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and available travel packages. This role also requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sales-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, tours, holiday packages, and other travel services.
• Provide professional advice on destinations, travel requirements, visas, and customized itineraries.
• Respond to client inquiries and maintain regular follow-up to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, suppliers, and travel partners to arrange seamless travel experiences.
• Prepare travel quotations, itineraries, and related documentation.
• Support clients before, during, and after their travel journey.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting travel services.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and international entry requirements.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of international and regional travel destinations.
• Experience handling flight, hotel, tour, and travel package bookings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
