Description:
A new Japanese food truck concept opening in Al Raha Gardens, Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Head Barista to join its team immediately. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate coffee professional who enjoys creating unique beverages while leading daily café operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in coffee preparation, beverage innovation, and recipe development. In addition to managing the bar, the successful applicant will be responsible for training team members, maintaining quality standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee the daily bar operations of the new food truck concept.
• Prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while maintaining consistency.
• Develop new beverage recipes and seasonal drink offerings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to ensure excellent service standards.
• Monitor beverage quality, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards throughout the bar area.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Barista or in a senior barista role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and beverage production.
• Experience in beverage development and recipe creation.
• Ability to lead bar operations and train team members effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
