Hiring Loyalty Analyst

Location: Abu Dhabi

Notice Period: 30 days (Immediate joiners will be preferred)

Experience: Minimum 5 years

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer data, and segmentation to help shape campaigns and communications and evaluate campaign performance and impact
  • Analyze the impact of loyalty marketing campaigns utilizing both quantitative and qualitative measures
  • Analyze customer-level data to understand customer behavior and trends to provide recommendations on ways to optimize and refine promotional activity
  • Analysis of the customer journey, and multi-variant tests to support the Loyalty Customer Journey
  • Design, Build, and Present Pre-Campaign Forecast and Post- Campaign analysis to audiences across all levels of the organization; Scrutinize data sets and reports to ensure accuracy, validity, and data integrity
  • Track campaign performance and recommend necessary changes in campaign design and customer targeting to improve the campaign’s effectiveness.
  • Identify eligible members for specific offers based on pre-determined criteria (e.g. Transactions, registrations, certificates redeemed, etc.) along with managing the annual loyalty measurement plan.
  • Identify opportunities to better use existing analytical tools and provide inputs to BI for reports and dashboard development for key loyalty initiatives
  • Work closely with the Group IT/Analytics department to manage and structure the data and partner with the Data Warehouse team to implement upstream data fixes as necessary to ensure data integrity
  • Operate the financial model of the Program for optimization, ensuring the budget management leads to driving revenue growth and savings and/or driving cost benefits to business
  • Build and validate dashboard reporting detailing how the loyalty program is performing across several KPIs
  • Produce and distribute regular and ad hoc reports, in conjunction with the Loyalty Manager, for various stakeholders across the organization (Monthly preparation, monitoring, and reporting of Marketing budget, Monthly Program Performance, and any other Business Reporting on KPIs)
  • Fraud detection surrounding the redemption of rewards

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent in Marketing or CRM Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or other relevant discipline
  • 5-7 years of experience in customer analytics (SQL/SaaS); Experience with APT (Applied Predictive Technologies), SQL, Tableau, and/or Oracle Business Intelligence is a plus
  • Applied experience in analytical techniques in the context of loyalty programs and/or direct marketing (Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing loyalty programs)
  • Ability to manage many projects concurrently and to meet tight deadlines
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
