Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Leasing and Property Manager. The Leasing and Property Manager is responsible for all leasing activities, including marketing, leasing, and renewals; ensuring property occupancy targets are met; managing rents and arrears; overseeing maintenance; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; and handling all other aspects of day-to-day property management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in leasing and property management
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding occupancy targets and maximizing property revenue
- Extensive knowledge of the Dubai market and rental laws is a must
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- English and Arabic language skills required; additional languages a plus
- Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) certification is preferred
