The organization is currently seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to manage end-to-end US payroll operations for a growing workforce. This role is highly critical in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while supporting ongoing system migrations and HRIS integrations within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly organized, and capable of collaborating across Finance, HR, and external vendors. This position offers a high level of visibility and the opportunity to contribute directly to improving payroll systems and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees.

• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

• Validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, and pay adjustments.

• Process off-cycle payrolls, retroactive payments, and corrections.

• Manage multi-state payroll compliance and tax regulations.

• Handle employee deductions including benefits, 401(k), FSA, and HSA contributions.

• Reconcile payroll reports, journal entries, and general ledger accounts.

• Support payroll audits, tax filings, and year-end W-2 processing.

• Assist in payroll system migration from UKG Pro to ADP.

• Collaborate with HRIS teams on HiBob integration and system improvements.

• Partner with Finance, HR, and external vendors for payroll-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

• 3–5 years of US payroll processing experience.

• Experience with UKG Pro and ADP Workforce Now (or similar systems).

• Strong knowledge of US payroll laws and FLSA regulations.

• Experience managing multi-state payroll and hourly employee structures.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).

Strong knowledge of:

• Payroll compliance, tax regulations, and reporting standards.

• Payroll systems, HRIS platforms, and data integration.

• Benefits administration including 401(k), FSA, and HSA deductions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HiBob or similar HRIS platforms.

• Exposure to benefits platforms such as Bswift.

• Familiarity with 401(k) administration (Principal preferred).

• Experience in payroll system implementations or migrations.

• CPP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
