Physioveda Medical Center is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to become part of its growing healthcare team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys interacting with patients, managing front desk operations, and providing excellent administrative support within a medical environment.

The selected candidate will play an important role in ensuring a smooth patient experience by handling appointments, assisting with insurance-related processes, and maintaining efficient communication between patients and healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors while delivering professional front desk support.

• Answer incoming phone calls and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.

• Handle administrative duties, including patient registration and record management.

• Assist patients with insurance claims, coverage verification, co-payments, and reimbursement procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient information and ensure confidentiality of medical records.

• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Experience in receptionist duties and administrative support, preferably within a healthcare setting.

• Strong telephone etiquette and appointment scheduling skills.

• Knowledge of insurance claims, insurance coverage, co-payment procedures, and reimbursement processes.

• Good understanding of medical terminology.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Candidates of Russian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Indian, or Ukrainian nationality will be given preference.
