A Rehabilitation Center in Dubai is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join its healthcare team. This role is ideal for an individual with prior medical reception experience who is committed to delivering outstanding patient service while supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, assisting patients and their families, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support. Candidates with experience working with children, particularly those with special needs, will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar efficiently.

• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries.

• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.

• Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals and clinic staff.

• Assist patients and their families with registration and general clinic procedures.

• Ensure the reception area remains organized and provides a positive patient experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist.

• Experience supporting children with special needs is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
