Description:

Next Step Properties is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of its real estate business in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for an organized professional who can efficiently manage administrative functions while ensuring company procedures are followed accurately.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating recruitment activities, managing employee documentation, and providing day-to-day administrative support to management. The role requires excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

• Maintain employee files, administrative records, and company documentation.

• Process and monitor WPS-related documentation accurately.

• Manage attendance records, leave tracking, and employee data.

• Organize company documents and maintain an efficient filing system.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the management team.

• Handle emails, business correspondence, and document preparation.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and employee onboarding.

• Ensure administrative procedures are completed accurately and within required timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Experience with UAE administrative procedures will be an advantage.
