Description:
MEBS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can lead housekeeping staff while ensuring exceptional cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency across assigned sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all cleaning operations are carried out effectively. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with company procedures and hygiene standards.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain high-quality service.
• Allocate duties and manage daily operational requirements across assigned sites.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Address operational issues and support the team in maintaining efficient workflows.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
• Experience leading and supervising housekeeping teams.

• Ability to organize daily operations and meet site requirements efficiently.
