Microsoft, through its external staffing partner Allegis Global Solutions, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join its dynamic content and social marketing team. This contract role focuses on crafting impactful storytelling and audience-focused messaging across digital, social, and advertising platforms.
The selected candidate will play a key role in developing engaging content that transforms complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives. Working closely with designers, strategists, and marketing professionals, the writer will contribute to integrated campaigns that enhance brand communication and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Write compelling copy for social media, landing pages, paid ads, and digital platforms.
• Develop engaging video scripts and narrative-driven content aligned with brand tone.
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams on integrated campaign development.
• Translate complex technical or business concepts into clear and persuasive messaging.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
• Edit and refine copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Review and manage content created by external writers.
• Apply audience insights and performance data to improve content effectiveness.
• Support production of written and multimedia content assets.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of professional copywriting experience in agency, B2B, or marketing environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign writing and creative storytelling.
• Experience writing for digital, social media, web, and video formats.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, messaging frameworks, and tone consistency.
• Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience using data and audience insights to improve content performance.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is an advantage.
• Excellent editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
