Description:

Testing of Product Batches

  • Receive product samples from production, and verify inspect as per product specification
  • During product samples check color matching should be done with control sample,  color matching can be done in the lab and ensure color result, if variations are observed then the same should be advised to the production
  • After correction of the color for the production batch, receive again sample from the production and compare with the control sample, if found complying with control procedure, then obtained approval from QC manager/Assistant QC manager
  • Update test report, color matching, sleeve grading, and in process registrar etc.
  • If project is rejected due to quality issues, then inform superior and based on their instruction record details in the registrar for rejected materials,
  • Once project is rejected labeled it with rejected, or incase temporary rejection put under QC inspection label

Samples Preparation

  • Receive samples request from export, sales coordinators, salesman, customer and registrar in records
  • Color matching should be done as per the requirement in the sample request,
  • Counter samples to be retained and the record for future references
  • After preparation /completion of samples, ensure samples request to be checked, filed and signed by QC manager/Asst. QC manager
  • Once Samples are submitted dispatched to the concerned, register in outgoing color samples,
