Docusign is currently seeking an experienced and strategic Value Consultant to join its Commercial Business Unit. The role focuses on helping customers understand business value, build strong investment cases, and drive informed purchasing decisions through data-driven storytelling, financial modeling, and strategic advisory support.
The selected candidate will work closely with sales, presales, customer success, and product teams to influence deal strategy, improve win rates, and enhance customer engagement across the full lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, business strategy expertise, and executive-level communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales teams and customers to develop account strategies, business cases, and value realization models
• Conduct customer discovery sessions and translate insights into compelling business narratives
• Lead strategy workshops and advisory sessions to support deal progression
• Build financial and ROI models to demonstrate business impact and value outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer solutions with business objectives
• Support territory planning and go-to-market strategy development
• Provide value-based sales enablement and training for sales teams
• Act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external customers
• Influence decision-making across complex enterprise organizations
• Work with product and marketing teams to align value messaging and positioning
Candidate Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or value advisory roles
• Strong background in executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement
• Experience in financial modeling and business case development
• Ability to analyze complex data and convert it into clear, persuasive insights
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
• Management consulting experience is highly preferred
• MBA or equivalent business-related experience is an advantage
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and enterprise solution selling
