The company is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join its People Operations team. This role plays a key part in designing, executing, and continuously improving compensation strategies that support organizational growth, fairness, and competitiveness in the global talent market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing compensation cycles, analyzing market trends, supporting pay structure decisions, and ensuring alignment between compensation philosophy and business objectives. This role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute annual and semi-annual compensation cycles with high data accuracy

• Participate in Rewards Committee activities, including preparation of reports and scheduling review sessions

• Maintain and update pay ranges to ensure market competitiveness through regular benchmarking

• Conduct annual pay gap analyses and provide data-driven recommendations

• Research and evaluate external compensation data sources for improved decision-making

• Manage monthly stock grant processes and ensure quality control of compensation data

• Support compensation and career laddering discussions with leadership teams

• Oversee semi-annual bonus planning and execution processes

• Develop Total Reward Statements highlighting employee compensation and benefits

• Create and deliver compensation education materials for managers and leadership teams

• Collaborate with People Operations teams to maintain alignment with compensation philosophy

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct experience in compensation or rewards programs

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with compensation tools such as Workday or Pave is a plus

• Strong understanding of compensation structures, benchmarking, and market analysis

• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
