The company is currently seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager (internally known as Demand Generation Manager) to manage client performance marketing accounts and drive measurable growth outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a strong T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in SaaS marketing, capable of managing strategy, execution, client communication, and campaign performance across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and own performance marketing success for assigned SMB client accounts
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies including Paid Media, SEO, and CRO
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, managing communication with professionalism and confidence
• Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines and deliverables across accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI and revenue outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
• Present strategy recommendations and performance insights to clients
• Ensure efficient project execution and delivery within timelines and budgets
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, including AI and automation advancements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
• Strong background in performance marketing and SaaS industry campaigns
• Proven expertise as a T-shaped marketer across Paid, SEO, and CRO
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
