Hiring Junior Accounts & Admin Executive (UAE Experienced)

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare financial documents like Invoices, Accounts Receivables and Payables.
  • Maintaining Cash Book of day to day transactions of business.
  • Prepare monthly bank/cash reconciliation and financial reports.
  • Issue of cheques, maintaining proper record of credit card payments and other office expenditures and filing.
  • Verifying Bank Deposits.
  • Good in statement preparation, journal entries , Ledgers, Trial Balance , P & L and
  • Balance Sheet.
  • Efficient in Financial Management of business and Basic Knowledge in UAE VAT
  • Payroll Distribution (Dubai & RAK branch), arrangement of funds and review of total payroll figure every month.
  • Planning and preparation of Budget Reports twice in a month and ensured acceptable variances.
  • Prepare and Maintain Petty Cash twice in a month for office supplies(Dubai & RAK Branch)
  • Audit the Reimbursements / Business Allowances for all Staffs and Managers on higher management approvals basis.
  • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings in HK.
  • Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc duties when required.
  • Managing the rental payments of Office and Manager`s Apartments on a regular basis.
  • Managing all the Motor Vehicles of the Company, handling and clearing all related payments and liasing with drivers.
  • Prepare financial/administrative reports for different departments when required.
  • Liasing with staffs and Managers with all departments eg: Sales team, marketing team etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the accounting field.
  • Prefer BCOM / MCOM or any equivalent degree in Accounting Field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Xero, Tally etc.
  • Detail Oriented; Active; Organized; Strong senses of risk and responsibility; Problem-solving skills with ability to make well thought decision; Highly trustworthy
  • Resourceful in project completion and effective at multi tasking.
  • Strong in Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Preferably looking for Filipino Candidates
