This role sits at the intersection of technical implementation and customer success. The Customer Success Engineer will be responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding, managing integrations, and building scalable automation workflows that improve implementation speed and customer experience.
You will work closely with Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful customer deployments and long-term platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise and mid-market customers including HRIS, SSO, LMS, and API integrations.
• Configure onboarding workflows and automation logic to accelerate customer go-live timelines.
• Partner with Account Managers to translate technical requirements into structured implementation plans.
• Serve as the primary technical contact during onboarding and ensure smooth customer deployment.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams when required.
• Build and optimize AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive implementation tasks.
• Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and reusable onboarding assets.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or Technical CSM roles.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, ADP, or Hibob.
• Strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML 2.0) and API-based integrations.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
