Description:
Fluke Health Solutions, part of Fortive Corporation, is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the President in a strategic, high-impact partnership role. This position is designed for a professional who can go beyond traditional administrative support and actively contribute to executive effectiveness and operational discipline.
The role requires strong judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex priorities across communications, scheduling, and business operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring leadership focus, workflow efficiency, and alignment with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, priorities, and daily scheduling operations
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, pre-reads, and executive briefings
• Triage inbox and manage internal/external communications professionally
• Support Rhythm of Business (ROB), including leadership meetings and reviews
• Arrange domestic and international travel and manage expense reporting
• Prepare decision packets, reports, and executive-level documentation
• Maintain scheduling efficiency with buffers, priorities, and time protection
• Track action items and ensure timely execution of leadership decisions
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting senior executives
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with Concur (required); Power BI preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in all situations
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Strong knowledge of:
• Executive calendar and workflow management
• Corporate communication and business writing
• Travel planning and expense systems
• Executive meeting preparation and coordination
• AI tools for drafting, summarization, and productivity support
