The Data Verification Specialist will support the bill review department by ensuring accurate data entry and validation within medical billing systems. This role is essential in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with client-specific rules and processes. It is a fully remote position suited for individuals who are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate incoming data within the bill review system accurately and efficiently.

• Apply customer-specific rules and processing guidelines during data handling.

• Maintain communication with supervisors regarding workload status and queue management.

• Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the bill review department.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in an office or administrative environment is preferred.

• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize independently.

• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
