Federal Security is currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join its team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors and provide professional assistance upon arrival
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
• Manage office correspondence, records, and documentation
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
• Perform data entry and ensure records are accurate and up to date
• Support day-to-day administrative and office operations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of Receptionist or Administrative experience in the UAE

• Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an advantage
