A transport company based in Jebel Ali Industrial Area, Dubai is looking for a motivated and organized HR / Admin Officer to join its team. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively support both human resources and administrative functions while contributing to a productive workplace environment.

The successful candidate will assist with recruitment activities, employee documentation, office administration, and HR-related processes. The position offers an excellent opportunity for career development within a professional and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities

• Maintain employee records and company documentation

• Support daily administrative and office operations

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and HR-related documents

• Coordinate with employees regarding company policies and procedures

• Ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date

• Support process improvements and workplace efficiency initiatives

• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• College graduate in any field

• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate

• Family or relative support in the UAE preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Resourceful, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities

• Flexible and willing to undertake various assigned tasks

• HR and administrative experience is preferred but not required

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft Outlook

• HR administration and document management
