Education:

Bachelors in Computer Application (Computers)/Bachelor of Technology/Engineering/MCA

Job Description:

• At least 3 years’ experience as Technical Support Engineer or a related role.
• Good experience in IT User Support and Application support environments
• Good understanding of Database / Cloud Computing Services / Programming
• Experience in Incident & Problem management
• Expertise in IT tools and concepts, such as operating systems and internet protocol suites.
• Knowledge of Operating systems, networking components, and IP-based protocols.
• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware server hardware
• Knowledge in Firewalls and Cyber security solutions
• Any Certification MCP/MCSA/CCNA/RHCSA (Preferred)
