The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth through successful candidate placements. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete 360 recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Handle negotiations and coordinate the hiring process.
• Build a strong recruitment pipeline to support business requirements.
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to billing success.
• Provide market insights and recruitment solutions to clients.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in agency recruitment.
• Full 360 recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of billing success.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
• British Candidates.
