Description:

LIFEPharma FZE is seeking an experienced QC Analyst to join its Quality Control team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pharmaceutical analytical testing, laboratory documentation, compliance procedures, and quality control operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting analytical testing, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting validation activities, and ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable quality standards. This role is suitable for a highly experienced QC professional looking to contribute to a leading pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform testing and reporting of finished product samples with complete documentation and compilation.

• Conduct testing of raw materials, in-process samples, validation samples, and stability samples.

• Perform method validation, analytical method verification, and method transfer activities.

• Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and applicable laboratory procedures.

• Prepare reagents, indicator solutions, standard solutions, and volumetric solutions, including standardization.

• Handle analytical columns, reference standards, primary standards, and working standards.

• Monitor and verify primary and secondary standards and volumetric solutions.

• Report laboratory non-compliances, including incidents, deviations, and Out-of-Specification (OOS) results.

• Prepare Certificates of Analysis (CoA).

• Review finished product, in-process, stability, validation, and water analysis reports.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Head of QC or designated representative.

Requirements:

• M.Sc. Chemistry or Bachelor of Pharmacy.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality control.

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical analytical testing and laboratory procedures.

• Experience with quality documentation, GLP, method validation, and OOS investigations.

• Ability to ensure laboratory compliance with quality standards.
