A prestigious global investment group is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Senior Investment Executive based in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the efficient management of executive operations while handling highly confidential information. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex international calendar and schedule high-level meetings.

• Coordinate board meetings, investment committee sessions, and executive engagements.

• Prepare, format, and maintain confidential presentations, reports, and board papers.

• Organize international travel arrangements and related logistics.

• Act as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain strict confidentiality while supporting day-to-day executive operations.

• Ensure smooth coordination of executive priorities and strategic activities.

• Provide administrative support for board-level and corporate initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leadership, or board-level stakeholders.

• Previous experience within investment management, private equity, venture capital, sovereign wealth, investment banking, or another professional financial services environment.

• Outstanding organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Proactive, polished, and discreet, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
