Description:
Al Ras Building Material Sanitaryware and Electrical Co LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to join its team in Umm Al Quwain. With decades of experience supplying structural steel across the UAE, the company is seeking a motivated professional who can support efficient warehouse operations and logistics activities.
The ideal candidate will assist with inventory management, material handling, shipment documentation, and warehouse coordination. Applicants with experience in steel, construction materials, or industrial products and who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, store, and dispatch steel products and other materials.
• Record inventory movements and assist with stock reconciliation.
• Prepare documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Support daily warehouse operations while ensuring materials are stored safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience receiving inbound materials and preparing outbound shipments.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and shipment documentation.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Experience with steel, construction materials, or industrial goods is preferred.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
