The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the Digital FinTech and/or Call Center industry, along with strong leadership and performance management skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the daily activities of the operations team.
• Monitor team performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
• Track team productivity and implement performance improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery.
• Prepare performance reports and address operational challenges.
