Hiring IT Resource Manager will focus on the end-to-end resource capacity and productivity aspects of the organization or team. The resource manager also sets benchmarks for the onboarding and off boarding of the resource to accounts/teams/programs.
5 to 7 years’ experience in resource management in the IT industry, especially SDLC. Handled large team size positively 300 +, Eye for details in the reporting and insights. Experience in maintaining skill register across the team. Proven experience in improving team productivity.
