Description:

A growing organization in Dubai is seeking a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support its expanding Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in HR administration, recruitment, payroll, and workforce coordination, particularly within the construction industry.

The successful candidate will play an important role in managing HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and supporting a large blue-collar workforce across multiple project sites. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll processes, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.

• Process and coordinate monthly payroll activities accurately.

• Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.

• Manage attendance records, leave administration, and employee timesheets.

• Coordinate visa, labour, and other employee-related documentation.

• Support employee relations by responding to HR-related queries.

• Manage and coordinate a large blue-collar workforce across project sites.

• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate data using Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate with site teams and various departments to fulfill manpower requirements and support HR operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an HR role, preferably within the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR administration.

• Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Experience managing blue-collar employees is essential.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Male candidates are preferred due to operational site requirements.
