Description:

A growing organization in Dubai is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join its project team. This role is well suited for professionals with solid UAE construction experience and a strong understanding of quantity surveying, cost estimation, contract administration, and project cost management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, evaluating contractor submissions, and supporting contract administration activities. Candidates with excellent analytical skills, knowledge of UAE construction practices, and immediate availability are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and detailed cost estimates.

• Evaluate contractor quotations, variations, and pricing submissions.

• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost control reports.

• Review interim payment applications and prepare final accounts.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

• Assist with contract administration and procurement activities.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience.

• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and contract procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.

• Experience with Planswift, CostX, Candy, or similar quantity surveying software is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
