Description:
PRIME WOODS CARPENTER L.L.C. is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for professionals with UAE accounting experience and a strong background in the joinery or woodworking manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, monitoring manufacturing costs, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting purchasing and sales operations. Applicants should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prepare accurate financial reports in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing costs and maintain effective cost accounting records.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
• Maintain purchasing and sales records with accuracy.
• Utilize accounting software to process financial transactions and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Previous experience in a joinery workshop or woodworking factory is mandatory.
• Good understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and inventory control.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and manage purchasing and sales records.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
