Description:

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to join its team and help design innovative customer interactions that improve overall user experiences. This role focuses on creating customer journey strategies, developing experience prototypes, and leading initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction across healthcare services.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business leaders, research customer trends, facilitate innovation sessions, and represent the voice of the customer throughout product and service development. This position requires strong experience in customer experience strategy, design thinking, stakeholder engagement, and digital experience improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and prioritize emerging customer experience trends.

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop vision and value statements for new initiatives.

• Support the creation of future experience strategies and gain investment for short-term improvements.

• Assist in developing long-term product strategies and roadmaps.

• Apply proven ideation and design-thinking techniques to generate innovative solutions.

• Create customer experience artifacts, including journey maps and experience documentation.

• Research customer interactions and recommend improvements.

• Analyze competitors, partners, and industry trends to identify opportunities.

• Represent and champion the Voice of the Customer (VoC) across assigned products and services.

• Conduct experience testing to evaluate new features and improvements.

• Facilitate innovation workshops and design-thinking sessions across the organization.

• Engage stakeholders regularly to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Support CX/DX strategic planning and implementation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5–8 years of professional experience in customer experience-related roles.

• Experience researching customer trends and analyzing user experiences.

• Proven ability to interview stakeholders and document insights.

• Experience transforming product ideas from concept through prototype development.

• Experience leading enterprise-level Voice of the Customer initiatives.

• Strong understanding of customer experience strategy and design-thinking principles.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, HIPAA, and data privacy regulations is preferred.

• Certification from recognized customer experience organizations such as CXPA, Forrester, Medallia, Nielsen Norman Group, HFI, or IAOIP is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate respectfully and effectively with cross-functional teams.
