Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT support and helpdesk systems.
- Proficiency with Office 365 and Windows OS.
- Experience with networking equipment and software.
- Strong knowledge of AV editing equipment and software.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance with smartboards, projectors, printers, and other devices.
- Assist with office moves and IT equipment setup.
- Manage the telephone system and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain and operate AV equipment for school events
- Work closely with the IT Engineer for AV needs during events
- Investigate and resolve technical issues, maintaining high availability and efficiency
- Maintain IT purchase records and perform regular equipment maintenance
- Manage student BYOD devices and update databases
- Onboard and offboard staff and students for school applications
