Description:

LumiLife is seeking a motivated and organized Female Assistant Accountant cum Admin to become part of its growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who possess basic accounting knowledge and enjoy handling both financial and administrative responsibilities in a professional office environment.

The successful candidate will assist with accounting tasks, maintain records, support office operations, and coordinate daily administrative activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain invoices, quotations, and payment records

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure accurate documentation

• Update accounting information and transactions in Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting

• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding balances

• Assist with administrative duties, office coordination, and general support tasks

• Maintain organized files, records, and company documents

• Support the sales and management teams with day-to-day office requirements

• Ensure accurate data entry and proper record management

Requirements:

• Female candidate currently on a husband visa

• Basic knowledge of Zoho Books or Zoho Accounting software

• Understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures

• Ability to handle invoices, quotations, payments, and daily accounting entries

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer applications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of:

• Microsoft Excel and office productivity tools

• Basic accounting and bookkeeping practices

• Invoice preparation and payment tracking

• Administrative coordination and document management

• Previous UAE experience will be considered an advantage

• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred
