Description:

We are looking for an Inventory Controller to join our team

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to optimize inventory levels and minimize stock outs
• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and manage stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory records and reconcile discrepancies
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
• Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure efficient inventory management
• Utilize inventory management software to track inventory levels, generate reports, and forecast future inventory needs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management or supply chain management, or a related field
• 3 to 5 years Proven experience in inventory control or supply chain management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
