Job Description/Roles

Main Responsibilities:

  • 5 to 8 years of strong sales experience of which 2-3 years’ experience as Immigration officer/advisor or consultant
  • Display strong sales, negotiation, listening, empathy and organizational skills in the pursuit of converting leads into sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the immigration process and programs for multiple destinations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player as well as working individually.
  • Demonstrate new ideas to the business and ability of growing with the business.
  • Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads and clients.
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
  • Manage the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Deliver consistently high sales performance as defined by Dept. Head in line with colleagues.
  • Provide excellent customer service thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience.

  • Support compliance and the customer in gathering the required documentation to support license application in a timely manner through the clear explanation of the application process and its key steps.

  • Establish and maintain good linkages with known main referral routes and immigration and business set up consultants.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, working in partnership with colleagues as and when required.
