Myriad360 is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Revenue Programs Specialist to support its fast-paced revenue organization. This role serves as a critical operational backbone, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and executive leadership while maintaining structure, accountability, and seamless execution of key initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and ensures that all operational and strategic initiatives move forward without delay. This position directly supports senior leadership including the CMO and CRO.
Core Responsibilities and Requirements:
Operating Rhythm & Meeting Execution:
• Coordinate revenue leadership meetings across sales, marketing, and executive teams
• Prepare agendas aligned with strategic priorities
• Manage pre-meeting preparation and ensure all materials are collected in advance
Execution & Accountability:
• Track action items and key initiatives across the revenue organization
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain visibility and progress tracking for all strategic initiatives
• Reinforce accountability across marketing and sales functions
Internal Event Coordination:
• Support logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and internal events
• Coordinate Mid-Year Sales Conference with external agencies
• Assist in SKO (Sales Kickoff), leadership sessions, and marketing programs
Cross-Functional Alignment:
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to gather inputs
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with expectations
• Reduce operational friction and improve coordination across teams
Revenue Leadership Coordination:
• Manage complex calendars for CMO and CRO with evolving priorities
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with clear communication and logistics
• Handle executive travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries
• Manage expense reporting and post-travel coordination
Special Projects:
• Support execution of initiatives led by revenue leadership
• Assist in preparing presentations and materials for leadership forums
• Ensure project timelines and deliverables remain on track
Tools & Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Slack
• Experience with travel and expense management platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work confidently with senior leadership
Desired Experience:
• 5+ years supporting senior executives or revenue teams
• Experience managing complex calendars and priorities
• Background in revenue, sales, or marketing organizations preferred
• Experience coordinating leadership meetings, events, or conferences
