We are currently looking for below positions to join our growing team:

Senior Recruitment Officer

• Responsible for assisting in the management of the recruitment section within the facility with guidance from the Manager for ensuring the effective management and implementation of organization’s policies. Also responsible for ensuring that recruitment activities are being conducted according to the approved policies and procedures.

Recruitment Officer

• Responsible for efficiently screening, interviewing and processing applicants and generally acting as a resource to the section to support the day to day work of the Senior Officer directly, and other seniors within the section, indirectly.

 Employee Relations Officer

• Responsible for managing both strategic and operational aspects of managing employee relations for a defined group of employees.
• This includes supporting employees for interpretation of policies and procedures, addressing queries on leave, performance management, grievance handling, pay, benefits and rewards etc. It also involves liaising with department heads to address employee concerns.
