Description:

BeyondTrust is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Solutions Engineer to join its remote team in the United States. This role plays a key part in the pre-sales technical process, helping customers understand and implement cybersecurity solutions that strengthen identity security and protect privileged access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand technical and business requirements

• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions

• Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to align sales and technical strategies

• Translate complex cybersecurity solutions into clear, business-focused value propositions

• Assist in responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information)

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements

• Continuously improve knowledge of cybersecurity trends, identity security, and product capabilities

• Identify opportunities to improve pre-sales processes and technical workflows

• Support channel partners with technical expertise and solution guidance

Requirements:

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, or similar technical roles

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, identity security, or privileged access management (PAM preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a simple and effective manner

• Strong collaboration skills with sales and technical teams

• Familiarity with RFP/RFI processes is an advantage

• Willingness to work in PST/MST time zones (U.S. based candidates preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CEH, or equivalent

• Experience with DevOps environments and methodologies

• Prior experience with BeyondTrust solutions or similar cybersecurity platforms
