Internet Brands is hiring a Contract Review Response Writer to join its remote content team. This role focuses on creating professional, human-written responses to customer and resident reviews on various online platforms. The company specializes in supporting apartment community operators by delivering thoughtful, timely, and personalized communication responses that reflect genuine human engagement rather than automated replies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for writing clear, empathetic, and well-structured responses to both positive and negative feedback across platforms such as Google, Yelp, Facebook, ApartmentRatings, and Apartments.com. This position is ideal for strong writers who can maintain professionalism, adapt tone based on context, and ensure high-quality communication within strict turnaround timelines.
This is a fully remote contract opportunity offering flexible working hours, allowing contractors to work independently while meeting performance expectations and deadlines. Training will be provided to help writers understand the multifamily housing review ecosystem and response standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Write professional and empathetic responses to online resident and customer reviews
• Handle a variety of feedback types including positive reviews, complaints, and service-related concerns
• Ensure all responses maintain a consistent brand voice and professional tone
• Meet a strict 24-hour turnaround time for assigned review responses
• Research and understand client context to personalize responses effectively

Requirements:
