Description:

K Systems Solutions LLC (KSS) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Reporting Analyst to support its Order Management operations. The company provides technology solutions, IT staffing, systems engineering, and software and hardware services while focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes through strong client partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, supporting ERP systems, preparing operational reports, and ensuring data integrity across business platforms. This remote role is ideal for professionals who have strong analytical abilities, excellent Excel skills, and experience working with ERP systems and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry and maintenance activities within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Create and update opportunity records, vendor information, customer records, and item details.

• Enter purchase quotes, sales quotes, and create purchase orders accurately.

• Support the Order Management team with data processing and administrative requests.

• Ensure all assigned data tasks are completed accurately and within required timelines.

• Respond to reporting requests from internal teams by extracting and organizing relevant data.

• Maintain accuracy and consistency of information entered into Business Central and Excel-based systems.

• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting activities through data extraction, formatting, and validation.

• Reconcile, audit, and clean data to improve data quality and support business decisions.

• Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and other departments to improve workflow efficiency.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Maintain documentation of procedures and follow internal data governance practices.

• Work independently after onboarding while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements:

• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.

• Previous experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, or Zoho is an advantage.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.

• Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to changing processes.

• Experience in data entry, reporting, order processing, or business operations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support internal stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and work effectively under pressure.

• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability.

Strong knowledge of:

 • ERP systems and data management processes

 • Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis

 • Data accuracy, reconciliation, and documentation procedures
