Human Resource Manager required

Cityland Real Eastate Co. is looking for an experienced and talented HR Manager to lead the Human Resources Department of the Group. Major divisions of the group include Dubai Miracle Garden, Butterfly Garden, Cityland Mall, Dubai, and Akar Landscaping among others.

Responsibilities

• Manage the staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Initiating restructuring processes as and when required by the group companies.
• Create and Maintain Policies and Procedures that promote a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with Top Managers and Board Members to align HR strategies with business goals
• Maintain and Manage company organization charts and employee directory
• Maintain HR Systems and Processes
• Maintain employee payroll and attendance tracking.
• Conduct Performance and salary reviews, goal settings and handle disciplinary actions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a relative field.
• Proven Experience in HR Management; minimum 10 yrs in similar position in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both in Arabic and English
• Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving skills.
