This role is for a Senior Executive Assistant supporting two VP-level leaders within the Chief Revenue Officer organization. The position requires strong organizational ability, excellent communication skills, and the capability to manage complex executive operations in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations for senior leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities. This includes managing calendars, coordinating travel, supporting recruiting activities, and handling cross-functional coordination across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive support to the VP, Global Solution Architects and VP, High Velocity Sales & Sales Development.
• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones and prioritize competing requests effectively.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and schedule adjustments.
• Plan and support team events such as off-sites, kickoffs, and team-building activities.
• Assist with recruiting coordination, including interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding support.
• Prepare and manage monthly expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support special projects and cross-functional administrative tasks within the CRO organization.
Requirements:
• Experience supporting multiple senior or VP-level executives simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Strong ability to manage complex scheduling and prioritize executive-level tasks.
• Experience handling domestic and international travel coordination.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and expense management platforms like Navan.
• Experience supporting recruiting processes and onboarding coordination.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, distributed team environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
